Recruitment and training by our business partners in Dalian, China

Our staff have been trained at our training centre recognized by Dalian information industrial bureau, other business partners, technical colleges and our aligned Universities.
Training includes Japanese language, Japanese customs, business manner, and IT skills. Staff have passed through this thorough training to graduate from our training programme. At immigration, our staff acquires a 3 year engineer visa and are recruited by LitCity as a contract employees.
We are also recruiting highly experienced engineers at the site from major Japanese companies so that they can contribute to your software development at a managerial level
